Daniel Luna

Daniel Luna is a seasoned Total Rewards professional currently serving as a Total Rewards Sr. Specialist at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Daniel held the role of Especialista en compensaciones at Seguros Monterrey New York Life, focusing on the execution of compensation strategies and enhancing pension plan administration. Daniel has also contributed as a Rewards Support Officer at Signify, where negotiations on health and wellness plans resulted in no-fee increases, and as a Benefits Specialist at The American School Foundation, monitoring insurance broker performance and customer satisfaction.
