Emily Sword currently serves as Vice President of Global Brand Strategy for DEWALT at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., having advanced through various leadership roles within the company since December 2021. Prior to this, Emily accumulated extensive experience at MTD Products from June 2008 to January 2022 in roles such as Director of Insights and Brand Strategy and Director of Brand Strategy and Planning, where responsibilities included translating consumer insights into strategies that enhanced engagement and profitability. Earlier experience includes positions at SmileyHanchulak Marketing Communications and Malone Advertising, emphasizing public relations and account management. Emily holds an Executive MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication from The Ohio State University.
