Heather Ross

Heather Ross is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since December 2021, Heather has excelled in guiding complex domestic and international business and compliance matters, while acting as a resource for regulatory compliance. As Assistant General Counsel at MTD Products Inc. since November 2012, Heather specializes in product-focused, environmental, and safety laws, facilitating communication on regulatory issues and offering counsel on evolving regulations. Previous experience includes functioning as an Attorney in private practice from 1999 to 2012, where Heather was part of a national coordinating counsel team. Heather holds a Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Pre-Law concentration from Bowling Green State University.
