Jennifer Young

Jennifer Young serves as the Sr Director of Global Supply Chain Strategic Capabilities and Chief of Staff at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Jennifer held leadership positions at TWB Company LLC as Director of Transformation, overseeing transformation efforts across 11 facilities in North America. Prior experience includes roles at Worthington Industries as Operations Leader and Value Stream Manager, and significant military leadership positions in the United States Army, including Commander of a Military Police Company and Deputy Chief of Police at Fort Belvoir Fire & Emergency Services. Jennifer holds an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan, a Master of Arts in Organizational Business and Security Management from Webster University, and a Bachelor's in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
