SVP, Strategy & Integration at Stanley Black & Decker

John Wyatt serves as interim Co-President of the Tools & Outdoor business division with Robert Raff. In this role, John is advancing the strategic roadmap for the Tools and Outdoor businesses, leveraging the world-class brands and powerful product portfolio.

Prior to this role, John led the Outdoor business through the acquisition and integration of Excel Industries and MTD. In addition, he has led the Industrial segment, comprising Auto, Industrial and the Aerospace division, through the integration of Stanley Black & Decker’s acquisition of Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing.

John joined the company in 2006 as Vice President, Consumer Products, for Europe, Middle East and Australia (EMEA). Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, he built his career through progressive leadership positions with Scotts Miracle Gro, PepsiCo and Cadbury Schweppes in the United States, Canada, Africa and Europe.

John is a graduate of Ealing College Business School, London University in the United Kingdom.
