Kalpana Tatineni

Kalpana Tatineni is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in SAP business applications. As the Director of IT, Business Applications at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since January 2016, Kalpana established a 3-year SAP roadmap supporting business transformation and manages over 10,000 global users across all SAP modules. Previous roles include Group Manager of SAP Business Applications at Sikorsky Aircraft, where Kalpana managed the divesture of SAP applications from United Technologies and merged systems with Lockheed Martin. At United Technologies Carrier, significant contributions included implementing HANA and upgrading to ECC 6. Early career achievements at Fujitsu Consulting involved architecting and implementing SAP NetWeaver products. Kalpana holds a Master of Science in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and additional degrees in Electronics & Digital Electronics and Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.
