Shella Travarca

Shella Travarca is the founder and facilitator at Genesis Eleven, where leadership development and communication programs are created, including the foundational program "Do Unto Others is a Lie," which focuses on enhancing understanding and relationships among individuals. In addition to this role, Shella has been a key figure at University Hospitals since September 2001, holding various positions such as Director of IT Business Applications, Manager of Soarian Implementation, Manager of Information Management Track, and Communications Specialist. Shella also co-owned Little Shop of Cookies, LLC from February 2017 to September 2020. Educationally, Shella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Communication from Kent State University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
