Lisa Wittbrot is an accomplished talent acquisition and human resources leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Lisa previously held leadership roles at Johnson Controls, including Vice President Talent Acquisition and Executive Director of Global Talent Management. At Johnson Controls, Lisa was instrumental in hiring 25,000 employees annually and enhancing sustainability and customer experiences. Lisa's earlier experience includes senior management roles at Kohl's Department Stores and McDonald's Corporation, where significant contributions were made to talent development and HR strategies. Additionally, as an owner of Concentrix + LTD, Lisa secured numerous defense contracts, showcasing a diverse skill set.
