Sahra Kaboli-Nejad

Sahra Kaboli-Nejad, PhD has a diverse work experience in the fields of diversity, inclusion, and employee experience analysis. Sahra currently holds the position of Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Impact at On, where they have been working since November 2022. Before that, they served as the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at the same company from January 2021 to November 2022.

Prior to their role at On, Sahra worked at Culture Amp from August 2019 to December 2020. During their time there, they held various positions, including Senior People Scientist, Diversity, Equity, and Belonging Lead, Americas, and co-founder of the employee resource group for underrepresented employees of color called Camp Color. Sahra managed a portfolio of over 70 global customers and served as an industry thought leader on company culture, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being.

Before joining Culture Amp, Sahra worked as a Patient/Employee Experience Analyst at CHI Health in 2018. In 2017, they were an Insights Analyst at Quantum Workplace. Sahra's earlier experience includes being a Teaching Assistant at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from August 2016 to May 2017.

Sahra Kaboli-Nejad, PhD, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Creighton University in 2014. Sahra then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2015 to 2018. Sahra continued their education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
