Qadeer Parekh

Qadeer Parekh currently serves as the Vice President of Procurement Operations at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., a position held since December 2022. Prior to this, Qadeer Parekh held several senior leadership roles at Dover Corporation from January 2014 to November 2022, including Senior Director of Operations Process & Technology and Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Excellence, where responsibilities encompassed global logistics, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes various roles at Caterpillar Inc. from 2007 to 2014, contributing to procurement and process engineering within the manufacturing leadership program, as well as a co-op position at General Electric, focusing on Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Qadeer Parekh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and System Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and has participated in additional educational programs including leadership development at the United States Military Academy and a summer study abroad at the University of Oxford.
