Robert Raff

Robert Raff has extensive leadership experience in the tool and security sectors, currently serving as a retired Chief Commercial Officer and Co-President of Tool and Outdoor at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since August 2021. Prior roles at Stanley Black & Decker include President of North America - Commercial Global Tools & Storage and President of the Hardware Division, along with various leadership positions in Stanley Security from 2015 to 2021. Robert's career began at Federal Mogul as VP International Sales, with earlier roles in global and regional management at Stanley Black & Decker. Robert earned a BSBA in Business from the University of Arkansas in 1989.
