William Harman

William Harman serves as Vice President of Global Engineering at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., since January 2006, with a focus on global new product development and product life cycle management for the Consumer Home Products, Consumer Power Tools, and Outdoor Power Equipment Strategic Business Units.
