Neil Naidoo

Neil Naidoo possesses over two decades of experience in information technology and management, currently serving as Head ICT for SBG Asset Management at STANLIB since January 2000. With a strong background in developing ICT frameworks and operational models, Neil has held various leadership roles, including Head ICT GRC, Acting Head IT, and Head Core Enablement: Operations, where responsibilities included ICT finance, governance, and resource management. Previous experience as Head ICT Retail Service Delivery and Head IT Application Support emphasized management of business applications and operations infrastructure. Earlier in the career, Neil worked as a Business Analyst at Guardbank. Academic qualifications include an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Henley Business School, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
