Fredrik Hallin

Fredrik Hallin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors including healthcare, consumer goods, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Head of Group Legal at Stannah Group since February 2022, Fredrik previously held senior legal positions at prominent companies such as Galderma, where leadership spanned corporate, IP, supply chain, and commercial excellence, and Nestlé's Skin Health Division, where integrated legal affairs were managed across several global business units. Prior experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel for Proactiv, overseeing legal matters for a joint venture aimed at the global acne treatment market, and holding the position of Legal Director at Guthy|Renker in Europe, where the European legal function was established for a major D2C conglomerate. Additionally, Fredrik contributed to Boliden as Corporate Counsel and worked as a Senior Associate at Advokatfirman Vinge KB. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of London and a Swedish Master of Laws (Juristexamen) from Stockholm University.
