Gianna Watts

Gianna Watts is an experienced Construction Project Manager with a demonstrated history in managing large-scale projects across multiple states. Currently serving as Construction Project Manager II at Stansell Electric Company, Inc. since June 2022, Gianna oversees project execution in TDOT’s regions 1 and 2. Prior to this role, Gianna held various positions at Pilot Flying J, including Construction Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing HVAC and facilities support for numerous travel center locations. Gianna's project management expertise extends back to positions at McCoy Sales, LLC, Midwest Machinery Company, and Crescent Electric Supply Company, where Gianna consistently led all facets of project planning, procurement, and execution. Gianna is currently advancing education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and previously studied at the University of Colorado Denver, focusing on engineering.
