Luis Tello, PMP, is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in software engineering and business development. Currently serving as the Director at Stansteel - Hotmix Parts & Service since April 2020, Luis manages a software engineering team focused on developing applications for the asphalt industry. Previous roles include Project Manager at Aerotek and Kforce Inc., where Luis oversaw multiple portfolios and coordinated cross-functional technical meetings. Luis spent 18 years at FireKing Security Products, initially as Director of Project Management, leading the implementation of formal processes and Agile-scrum methodologies, and later as Business Development Manager - International, successfully introducing retail products and enhancing client relationships in the Latin American and European markets. Luis also held engineering roles at Diebold Colombia, starting a career in sales and support engineering. Luis holds a BS in Computer Science from Universidad Piloto de Colombia.
