Deja Scruggs

Deja Scruggs is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles over a decade. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Stant USA Corporation since October 2017, Deja has honed expertise in managing HR matters for both management and hourly employees, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Manager role at JARC from January 2012 to October 2017, where responsibilities encompassed employee recruitment, training facilitation, and employee relations issues. Deja began the HR career as a Human Resources Coordinator, focusing on applicant screening, interviewing, and new hire onboarding. Deja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University, obtained in 2011.
