Ladislav Hadida is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in production management and operations. Currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at Stant since September 2017, Ladislav has previously held the role of Production Manager at UFI FILTERS SPA from 2014 to 2017, overseeing a department of 100 employees and driving production improvement initiatives. With experience as Shift Leader and Production Supervisor at ITT between 2008 and 2012, Ladislav contributed to the establishment of a green field manufacturing facility in the Czech Republic, managing employee training and project coordination. Earlier roles include managing steel production processes and planning at Trinecke zelezarny from 1998 to 2008. Ladislav holds a degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from VŠB-TU Ostrava, earned between 1993 and 1998.
