Carol Malesky

Carol Malesky is a Senior Principal at Stantec, where they draw on nearly two decades of experience in assisting water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities with financial analyses. They have managed numerous utility financial plans, impact fees, and rate studies for a variety of clients, from small water companies to large municipalities. Prior to Stantec, Carol held key roles at MWH Global, Red Oak Consulting, and Integrated Utilities Group, contributing significantly to financial planning and rate-setting practices. They hold Master’s degrees in Agricultural and Resource Economics from Cornell University and Colorado State University.
