Erica Rippe

Erica Rippe, AICP, is a seasoned environmental planner currently serving as a Senior Environmental Planner at Stantec since March 2025. Prior to this role, Erica held various positions at SWCA Environmental Consultants, including Lead Environmental Planner and Project Environmental Planner, where successful management of CEQA and NEPA projects was a key focus. During tenure at MIG, responsibilities included authoring technical environmental impact assessments and coordinating project plans. Earlier experience includes program management at the Center for Creative Land Recycling, where Erica oversaw workshop timelines and grant reporting, as well as roles at SCS Global Services and Local Government Commission providing environmental compliance and support services. Erica received a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resources and Conservation from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2013.
