Janet Schmidt

Janet Schmidt currently serves as the Instructional Design Quality Manager at Stantec, a position held since August 2017, and simultaneously manages global online learning solutions as the Online Training Manager at MWH, now part of Stantec, since July 2013. With extensive experience in training and development, Janet has also worked as a Training Consultant, where responsibilities included managing training deliverables and creating eLearning courses. Prior roles include Trainer/Supervisor at Xerox Services, Substitute Teacher in various school districts, and Talent Manager at Hewlett-Packard, where Janet led leadership development initiatives for a significant business unit. Janet's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management Science with a focus on Organizational Development from Regis University, a BA in English and U.S. History from Colorado State University, and a high school diploma from Berthoud High School.
