Paul Sproules

Paul Sproules is a Senior Principal Engineer specializing in Odour Control and Air Pollution at Stantec, where they have contributed their expertise since 2024. Previously, they held key positions at several organizations, including Technical Director at Aquatec and Project Manager at both Thames Water and Black & Veatch. In addition to their engineering roles, Paul served as a Governance Director at PCD Australia Inc and as a Deputy Chair of the NSW WaterAid Committee. They possess a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Information Management from the University of Ballarat. Outside of their professional career, Paul is also a yogi and a breathing/meditation guide.
