Crystal Blackwell is a seasoned claims management professional with extensive experience in the flooring industry. Currently serving as Claims Supervisor at Stanton Carpet Corporation since May 2023, Crystal has previously held Claims Manager roles at Novalis Innovative Flooring, Couristan Inc., and Nourison, where responsibilities included overseeing claims operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and providing training and performance evaluations for staff. Crystal's career began in 1999 at Spectra Contract Flooring, where Crystal managed accounts receivable and claims across multiple states. With a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, and time management, Crystal excels at resolving claims efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service and operational integrity. Crystal holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Dalton State College.
