Lily Surdyk

Lily Surdyk is an accomplished Territory Manager with extensive experience in the flooring industry. Currently at Stanton Carpet Corporation since January 2018, Lily oversees territory management. Prior to this role, Lily served as a Horizon Territory Manager at Mohawk Industries, where responsibilities included managing 95 flooring dealer accounts in the Greater Toronto area and fostering commercial relationships with territory managers and dealers. Additionally, Lily has expertise in product knowledge training and project specification for larger commercial jobs. Earlier experience at efloor Inc from 2000 to 2011 involved developing and marketing new products to the design community while maintaining strong communication with existing clientele and attracting new business.
