Mikael Jurke

Mikael Jurke is an accomplished professional in the recruitment and leadership consulting industry, currently serving as the Managing Partner for Stanton Chase in Sweden since March 2024. With over two decades of experience, Mikael previously held the position of Managing Partner and Consultant at Proximo Rekrytering from August 2011 to March 2024, where efforts were aimed at establishing Sweden's leading recruitment company focused on quality and client satisfaction. Earlier, Mikael was a Partner and Consultant at Headlight International AB from 2004 to 2011, contributing to the firm's expansion in Scandinavia and founding Proximo Rekrytering. Mikael's career began at Ray & Berndtson (now Odgers Berndtson) from 1998 to 2004 as a Consultant and Researcher and included a role at Nordnet Bank AB from 1996 to 1998 in Sales and Business Development.
