Priscilla Luna is a seasoned executive in the retail pharmacy and grocery sectors, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Staples Canada since March 2024. Previously, Priscilla held senior leadership roles at Shoppers Drug Mart, including Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Operations & Transformation, where significant contributions included the launch and expansion of Pharmacist-Led Care clinics. Prior to that, Priscilla was Vice President of Enterprise Grocery Operations at Loblaw Companies Limited, overseeing operational strategies across 900+ grocery retail stores. Priscilla's extensive experience also includes influential roles at Shoppers Drug Mart, where achievements spanned from national operations strategy development to transformational leadership in regional operations. Priscilla holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, an initiative certificate from the Rotman School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, and certification from the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada.
