Reema Ghai

Reema Ghai has a strong background in talent acquisition and HR roles. Reema currently works as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Attraction at Staples Canada, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Staples Canada from January 2019 to November 2021. Before joining Staples Canada, Reema worked as a Talent Partner & Campus Lead at Walmart from March 2017 to January 2019. Reema also has experience as the People Office Lead at Capco from June 2013 to February 2017 and as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at The TJX Companies, Inc. from August 2009 to June 2013.

Reema Ghai completed a certificate program in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School Online in 2022-2023. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Human Resources (HRM) from Ryerson University and studied Labor Studies at McMaster University.
