Brian McDougall

Brian McDougall, MBA, ICD.D, currently serves as the Chief Retail Officer at Staples Canada since March 2021, previously holding the position of Regional Vice President of Operations. Prior to Staples, Brian was Vice President of Operations at Loblaw Companies Limited from June 2018 to March 2021 and held multiple roles at Shoppers Drug Mart from March 2005 to June 2018, including Vice President of Operations, Director of Continuous Improvement, and District Manager. Brian’s educational background includes an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and an ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
