Matt Clark

Matt Clark has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Matt worked at Staples as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), leading all digital efforts for Staples' direct businesses and serving as the General Manager of staples.com. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President Digital & General Manager, responsible for leading eCommerce efforts for Staples.com and Staplesadvantage.com.

Matt also held positions at Electronic Components Industry Association (ECIA) as a Board Member for the Tech Committee, Avnet as the VP of eCommerce/Digital at Premier Farnell, and PCM as the VP of eCommerce & Marketing, where they led e-marketing efforts for BtB, BtC, and government websites.

Additionally, Matt gained experience at Dell Inc., where they held various roles including EMEA Advertising Lead, Senior Manager for United Kingdom & Ireland Small Business Sales, European Home & Small Business Online Sales/Business Manager, Sr. Manager of US Print MarCom, Senior Strategic Brand Manager for Internet Products, and Brand Manager for Consumer Payment Solutions.

Before their time at Dell, Matt worked at Saturn Corporation as a Retail Sales & Service Consultant and Team Leader for the Inbound Call Center. Matt also worked at Electronic Data Systems as an Assistant Center Team Leader and Customer Assistance Manager.

Matt's earliest work experience was with South Carolina Educational TV as a Studio Crew Chief.

Throughout their career, Matt Clark has demonstrated expertise in digital leadership, eCommerce, marketing, and sales management. Matt has successfully led teams, improved online business sales, and driven customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Matt Clark has a solid education history. Matt attended Purdue University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in History and Communications. Matt then pursued further education at Vanderbilt University from 1998 to 2000, completing a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business.
