Deborah Burger

Deborah Burger is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law matters. Holding the position of Certified Paralegal and Senior Associate at Stapleton Group since July 2017, responsibilities include managing disclosure filings, organizing board and shareholder meetings, and overseeing employee benefits programs. In addition to current roles at Stapleton Group, Inc., Deborah has been self-employed as a paralegal since November 2016 and previously worked at Thunderbird Resorts as a Paralegal & International Administration Officer for nearly two decades. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC San Diego and paralegal training from the University of California San Diego Extension.
