Erkay Degerli

Erkay Degerli is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a member of both the IT Committee and IT Strategy Committee at Star Alliance since March 2021. Degerli has held prominent positions at Turkish Airlines since April 2016, including Vice President of Digital Services and Vice President of Corporate Solutions in IT. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Application Development at Burgan Bank Türkiye, Manager of Application Development at Yapı Kredi, and roles at SFS-IFS and Turkish Army as a Software Engineer. Degerli co-founded SFS-IFS, focusing on application and infrastructure development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from Ege University and an Executive MBA from Bahcesehir University.
