Vinali Ranasinghe is an experienced professional in customer experience management and digital transformation within the airline industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at Star Alliance since November 2022, Vinali previously held several key positions at SriLankan Airlines Official, including Product Development Manager, where contributions focused on enhancing the end-to-end customer journey. Vinali's prior roles also include Senior IT Business Analyst, responsible for establishing the IT Project Management Office, and IT Business Analyst, where successful implementation of automated systems for crew management was achieved. Vinali began the career as a Management Trainee with comprehensive exposure to airline operations. Vinali holds an MBA from the University of West London and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Staffordshire.
