Sumbul Eram

Sumbul Eram has extensive experience in the HR field, with their most recent position being the Head of HR Operations at Star Cement Ltd. Prior to this, they held various roles at PepsiCo, including Talent Management Lead and Senior Manager in Learning & Development, as well as Sales HR Manager for the East Region. Sumbul also gained valuable experience at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited and ESSEL GROUP in different HR roles. Throughout their career, Sumbul has demonstrated a strong understanding of HR operations, talent management, and sales HR functions.

Sumbul Eram completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from the International School of Business & Media between 2005-2007. Sumbul also obtained additional certifications in Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls, Organization Design, and Transformational Leadership from LinkedIn in 2021.
