Sean Witt, PMP

Sean Witt, PMP has over 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects for public and private sector clients. Sean holds a Master's degree in Administration/Project Management and has worked with various technical platforms and project types. Sean served as a ServiceNow Engagement Manager at Star Seven Six, Ltd. since September 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Warehouse Analyst at Northern Arizona University from February 2010 to September 2012 and as a Database Analyst at Northern Arizona Healthcare from September 2009 to September 2012. Sean also worked as a Technical Lead at CGI from 2006 to August 2009, as a General Manager at Redwood from March 2003 to October 2005, and as a Principal at American Management Systems from November 1997 to August 2001.

Sean Witt, PMP, has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Duke University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University between 2011 and 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Sean Witt has obtained several micro-certifications and a suite certification related to various aspects of IT and project management. Sean obtained their PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2008. Sean also holds certifications in SQL Server from Microsoft in April 2009 and ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in June 2014.

Furthermore, they have obtained various micro-certifications from ServiceNow, including IntegrationHub in February 2022, Flow Designer in March 2021, Agile and Test Management Implementation in January 2021, Configure the CMDB in January 2021, Performance Analytics in December 2020, Virtual Agent in July 2020, and Predictive Intelligence in June 2020. Additionally, they hold a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in November 2017 and a Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management certification from ServiceNow - The Enterprise IT Cloud Company in July 2014. Lastly, they are a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, which they obtained in June 2014 from ServiceNow - The Enterprise IT Cloud Company.
