Bart Nieuwlaat

Bart Nieuwlaat is an experienced professional in the fields of information security, quality management, and training. Currently serving as the interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Star-shl and a partner at ISO club, Bart specializes in guiding organizations toward ISO27001, 9001, and NEN7510 compliance. With a background that includes roles as an Information Security Consultant and interim manager at various companies, Bart brings expertise in implementing information security management systems and promoting quality improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Educationally, Bart holds a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt and is a certified lead auditor from Lloyd's Register, complemented by degrees from Avans University of Applied Sciences and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
