Michael Berghaan

Michael Berghaan possesses extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as a Senior Servicedesk Medewerker at Star-shl and a Servicedeskmedewerker at SHL-Groep since January 2017. Previously, Michael held roles such as Helpdesk - Werkplekbeheerder / Jr Systeembeheerder at Fri-Jado, where responsibilities included central ICT support and junior system administration, and Servicedesk Beheerder / Junior Beheerder at Ietee, focusing on customer issue resolution. At AVANCE IT Professionals, Michael contributed as an ICT Medewerker, and in various positions at CASA Nederland and CleanLeaseFortex, provided comprehensive first and second line support while coordinating team efforts. With a foundation in System and Network Administration from MBO and further education in Informatics, Michael has developed a solid skill set in IT management and user support across multiple platforms and applications.
