Pankaj Dhiman has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with experience in project coordination and RF drive testing. PANKAJ started their career at GTL Canada Inc in 2015, where they worked as a Radio Frequency Drive Test Engineer on Videotron projects in the Quebec and Ottawa regions. PANKAJ'sresponsibilities included creating scripts for DL/UL, Ping, and Frequency scan, monitoring LTE data service, troubleshooting equipment failure, and performing site shakedowns and drive tests.

In 2020, Pankaj joined StarTech Networks Inc (formerly known as GTL (USA) Inc) as a Project Coordinator and RF Drive Test Engineer. In this role, they performed drive testing to analyze and benchmark network performance, specifically on Videotron 5G NR and LTE advanced projects in the Quebec region. PANKAJ was responsible for creating scripts to capture Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as module tuning, interference hunting, and 5G NR/LTE Advanced cluster drives.
