Abhishek Mangar

Abhishek Mangar currently serves as Assistant Vice President & Head of Performance, Rewards, HR Strategy, and HR Analytics at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited since May 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same area. Prior experience includes working as a Management Consultant at KPMG India from April 2019 to May 2021 and completing a summer internship at RB focused on designing onboarding plans. Abhishek has held various roles in data analytics and project leadership, including as Assistant Manager at EXL, where responsibilities included leading an Efficiency Model project and working as a Business Analyst in the health insurance sector. Earlier experience comprises co-founding PentaGist, serving as a journalist, and holding leadership roles in student activities during education at Birla Institute of Technology, where a significant increase in club membership was achieved. Abhishek holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
