Cristina Alfaro

Cristina Alfaro serves as the Human Resources Director at Star Communications Holding since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including HR Business Partner at HEINEKEN Panamá from June 2022 to December 2023 and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at NTT DATA Services from June 2019 to June 2022. Cristina has a strong background in strategic HR partnership, employee development, and organizational effectiveness, demonstrated through work with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives across various companies, including Kimberly-Clark and Expert Global Solutions. Cristina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Administration from Quality Leadership University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Latina de Panamá.
