Rachel Dutcher

Rachel Dutcher has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Rachel began their career as a Student Assistant at Michigan State University's Career Services department in 2014, where they provided support and assistance to staff. In 2015, Rachel took on the role of Student Supervisor, overseeing and managing a team at the Career Services office. During their time at the university, they also worked as a Career Peer Advisor and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, where they conducted research studies and collected statistics for communication research projects.

In 2017, Rachel joined Paramount Coffee Company as a Sales Intern, gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing.
