Nicole Ootes has a diverse work experience spanning various financial roles and positions. Nicole currently holds the position of Head of Finance at StarApple, starting from December 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Finance Manager at the same company from January 2023 to December 2023, and as a Financial Controller from February 2022 to January 2023.
Before joining StarApple, Nicole worked at Deloitte as an Adviseur from October 2021 to May 2022, and as a Senior Assistant Accountant from January 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Accountant at BDO Nederland from February 2016 to December 2018.
Nicole's earlier work experience includes the role of Financieel medewerkster at ReMaedie Administratiekantoor from May 2014 to January 2016, and a Stagiaire position at Rabobank Hoorn-Midden Westfriesland from September 2013 to February 2014, where they worked on the Verzekeringen department and the Kwaliteitsteam.
Nicole Ootes has a Bachelor's degree in business/managerial economics from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Nicole also attended HBOA&A from 2017 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in post HBO accountant-administratieconsulent, specializing in accounting and finance. In addition, they participated in an exchange program at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico for a brief period in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Havo education at Oscar Romero from 2007 to 2012.

Vanwege de groeiende vraag naar een ‘one-stop-shop’ hebben we ervoor gekozen om naast software ontwikkeling ook beheer- en testspecialisten aan onze dienstverlening toe te voegen. Tegenwoordig hebben we ook data warehousing (Oracle en SQL dba), BI, ERP en CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP en overige ERP en CRM pakketten) specialisten en consultants in huis. Al sinds onze start onderscheiden wij ons met een zeer gedreven en persoonlijke aanwezigheid op de Nederlandse ICT markt. Ambitie moet tenslotte van beide kanten komen. De drijvende kracht achter StarApple is een groep enthousiaste en gespecialiseerd opgeleide, service gerichte consultants. Iedere consultant beslaat een aparte regio en een technische expertise. Samen hebben ze al meer dan 5000 specialisten en bedrijven succesvol met elkaar verbonden.
