Emma Bénaud has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Emma currently holds the position of Responsable Account Manager & Customer Care at Starbolt since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Manager at the same company from November 2022 to April 2023. From August 2020 to December 2022, they served as the Head of Retail & Partenariats at Soi Paris. Emma also worked at Yves Rocher as an Assistante Chef de Produit, Marketing Developpement- I Love My Planet & Body Care from January 2020 to July 2020.

In 2019, they worked as a Business Developer at Soi Paris, where their responsibilities included sourcing, meeting and convincing distributors, developing the B2B network, establishing new partnerships, analyzing sales performance metrics, and managing the operational aspects of a retail store.

In 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Commerce international at National Chengchi University, which they completed in 2019. During the same year, they also studied International Business at ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara. Additionally, Emma obtained several certifications including TOEIC (965/990) from the TOEIC® Program in November 2019, BULATS (12,8/20) from BULATS in 2016, Projet voltaire (605) from Projet Voltaire in 2016, and Toefl (563) from The TOEFL® test in 2016.
