Maggie Dillard, MA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Prior to that, they worked at D4 LLC as a Senior Payroll & Compensation Administrator and Payroll Administrator. Maggie also has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Wesley Gardens and as the Director of Human Resources at Aaron Manor. Further back in their career, they worked as a Skillbuilder at St. Joseph's Villa of Rochester and as a Payroll/AP at Wesley Gardens. Maggie began their career as a Sales/Tech Support and Administrative Assistant at ECC Technologies and as a Customer Support Specialist/Reception Relief and Project Administrator at Ultralife Corporation.
