Alicia Wade

Alicia Wade is an experienced retail leader with a strong background in operations, human resources, and team management across multiple well-known companies. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Starbucks since October 2022, Alicia has previously held roles such as District Manager at Athleta and Banana Republic, overseeing significant sales portfolios and leading teams to optimize performance. Notable accomplishments include regional management at JCPenney focusing on HR processes and talent management, as well as a successful tenure at Ross Stores, where responsibilities included enhancing profitability and operational efficiency across numerous locations. An adjunct professor at the University of Houston from 2016 to 2020, Alicia holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.
