Carley Uhl

Carley Uhl is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Manager for Packaging Innovation at Starbucks since October 2024, Carley previously held multiple roles at Diageo from July 2016 to October 2024, including Global Procurement Manager for Paper Packaging and Supply Optimization Specialist, where significant cost savings and process efficiencies were achieved. Carley’s contributions include generating $5.6 million in net sales through innovative brand initiatives and developing mechanisms for substantial tax savings. Prior experience includes a Global Procurement Internship at Hess Corporation, where Carley negotiated agreements that led to cost savings of $25 million.
