Donise Edwards Brown

Donise Edwards Brown is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate counsel and legal support across multiple sectors. From May 2006 to April 2020, Donise served as Managing Director, Corporate Counsel at Starbucks, leading a team of commercial attorneys in support of the Global Supply Chain and various business units. Prior to that, Donise was the Director of Corporate Counsel for retail and corporate real estate matters at Starbucks. Experience also includes serving as Chief Counsel for cell siting matters at AT&T Wireless and Principal Attorney for Florida Power & Light, where Donise provided legal counsel on various corporate issues. Currently, Donise is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law, teaching Advanced Negotiations. Donise holds a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law and a BS/BA in Political Science and English from Tuskegee University.
