Kelly Goodejohn

Chief Social Impact Officer

Kelly Goodejohn is an experienced leader in social impact and community engagement, currently serving as Chief Social Impact Officer at Starbucks since February 2006. In this role, Kelly focuses on social impact initiatives, community engagement, and the work of The Starbucks Foundation. Previous positions at Starbucks include Vice President of Global Social and Community Impact and Coffee Engagement, where efforts centered on empowering communities and fostering inclusion. Kelly also held the Vice President position for global coffee sustainability and education, and served as Director of Social Impact and Public Policy, managing relationships with NGOs and implementing significant financial commitments to support farmers. Prior experience includes a role in social responsibility at Nordstrom, where a comprehensive Social Compliance program was developed, and a position as Quality Engineer at Eddie Bauer, focusing on supplier management and compliance. Kelly holds a degree from the University of Washington, earned between 1990 and 1994.
