Rebecca Ventura

Rebecca Ventura has extensive experience in program and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Program Management at Nordstrom since March 2014. In this role, Rebecca leads a team of Program Managers to deliver complex programs effectively. Rebecca previously held positions at Nordstrom, including Program Manager II in Supply Chain Operations and Sr. Business Analyst for National Service Experience, where responsibilities included supply chain strategy and requirement analysis. Prior to this, positions included National Assistant Market Buyer and Regional Manager for Beauty & Fragrance. Rebecca's career began at Nordstrom in retail sales management. Additionally, Rebecca worked at Seven LLC in Operations & Program Management from 2006 to 2011. Education includes a Certificate in Program Management from UW Professional & Continuing Education, completed in 2022.
