Shana Kruse

Shana Kruse is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience at Starbucks since 2005, currently serving as vice president of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific Region. Shana has held various senior roles, including vice president of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included overseeing the Corporate Talent Acquisition organization and HR support for multiple business functions. Additionally, Shana served as vice president of Partner Resources for Global Supply Chain, Store Development, Product & Insights, and has experience as an attorney from Davis Wright Tremaine between 2002 and 2004. Shana holds a B.A. from Western Washington University and a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
