Robert L. Ganim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Robert currently holds the position of Director of Government Affairs and Business Development at Starburst Aerospace. Robert began their career as a Paid Intern on the Majority Staff of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Homeland Security. Ganim also served as the District Coordinator for Debicella for Congress. Throughout their career, Ganim has demonstrated expertise in government affairs, business development, strategic planning, and legislative affairs.

Robert L. Ganim attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a focus on International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies, from the University of Connecticut in the period from 2006 to 2010. Robert further pursued their education by obtaining a Graduate Certificate from the USAF Air Command and Staff College between 2012 and 2013, specializing in Air Force Intermediate Joint Professional Military Education. Additionally, in 2008, Ganim participated in a Study Abroad program at the School for International Training, where they focused on the Jordan: Modernization and Social Change Program in Amman, Jordan.
